High voltage electrode boiler complete equipment

1. Boiler steam water system process:

Softened water → water tank - water pump → economizer drum → down pipe, header → up pipe, water wall drum → main steam valve.

2. Flue gas system process:

Fuel from the coal hopper through the coal gate, and then flush with the grate and slowly into the furnace, burning on the fire. The high temperature flue gas produced after combustion is directed to the front of the furnace by the back arch, and the ignition condition is good. It enters the burnout chamber through the throat, passes through the flue at the upper part of the front arch through the left convection tube bundle area at the exit of the smoke window, cools through the front wall tube, and then washes the right convection tube bundle area, the electric boiler enters the economizer and the dust collector, and finally is extracted by the induced draft fan and discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.

3. Grey system process:

The slag produced after the combustion of the boiler fuel falls into the slag pit at the rear of the grate and is discharged by the slag discharging machine. Coal leakage and ash leakage with the grate fall into the front top bucket and are removed. Part of the ash in the flue gas sinks in the convection tube bundle and is discharged to the ground through the drop doors on both sides of the body.

4. Blasting series flow.

The air is sent to the main air duct by the blower, and then enters the air duct on both sides of the grate through the air distribution chamber, and then enters the air chamber through the adjustable air door of the respective air duct, and enters the furnace through the coal seam on the surface of the grate.
