1. Horizontal internal combustion three-return wet-back structure

2. All wet back smoke three return structure
The combustion flame sprays from the front burner into the rear of the furnace, radiates heat to the furnace and the return chamber, and forms an initial return journey. After the high temperature flue gas is fully burned in the recombustion chamber in large space, it turns 180 degrees and returns, flows from the threaded flue pipe to the front flue box, convective heat release to the wall of the flue pipe, and forms the second return journey. The flue gas turns 180 degrees in the front smoke box, flows from the threaded smoke pipe to the rear smoke box, and releases heat by convection in the pipe to form the third return journey. After the flue gas flows through the rear smoke box, the energy saver absorbs the waste heat, and the temperature drops to about 140℃, and then it is discharged into the atmosphere from the chimney. The furnace bladder, recombustion chamber and threaded smoke pipe are all immersed in water, and the overall design of 100% water enveloping fire improves thermal efficiency and extends the service life of the boiler.
